Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic criteria for PBC patients: (1) Biochemical indexes reflecting cholestasis such as ALP increase; (2) Serum AMA or ama-2 positive; (3) Histopathology of liver in accordance with PBC; Two of the three criteria can be diagnosed. 2. Diagnostic criteria for PSC patients: (1) Intermittent / persistent jaundice; (2) ALP and GGT increased with abnormal liver function; (3) ERCP diagnosis suggests "bead like" or "dead tree like" changes in intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile ducts; (4) Pathological examination of "onion skin" like fibrosis; (5) No cholelithiasis, no history of biliary operation, no congenital abnormality of catheter; (6) Excluding cholangiocarcinoma, PBC and no evidence of secondary sclerosing cholangitis; 3. Diagnosis standard of PBC + AIH patients: on the basis of meeting the diagnosis of PBC: (1) ALT >=5 UNL; (2) Serum IgG should be at least more than 2unl or SMA positive; (3) Liver tissue examination showed moderate or severe peripheral or lobular septal lymphoclastic necrosis; 4. Non - aid diagnostic criteria: the rest of the non - aid patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients and their families do not agree to participate in sample extraction and provide necessary medical history; (2) Patients with severe hypertension, coronary heart disease, cardiopulmonary insufficiency and malignant tumor; (3) Patients with decompensated liver function (child III / IV); (4) Long term use of glucocorticoids; (5) Pregnant women and those who are not convenient for BMD examination.
