Case series:Laparoscopy after intervention

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-40 years old, had menstrual history; 2. The menopause time was 0.5-5 years; 3. dFSH>=25IU/L 4. Bilateral ovaries could be seen under B-ultrasound, and there was no operation history of bilateral ovaries; 5. Can tolerate laparoscopic surgery; 6. Normal chromosome.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe hypertension, diabetes, heart disease and other organic diseases can not tolerate surgery and pregnancy; 2. Chromosome abnormality; 3. History of bilateral ovarian surgery due to bilateral ovarian endometriosis; 4. Allergic to the related reagents used in the in vitro activation of follicles; 5. Patients with substantial ovarian lesions.
