COPD?asthma?bronchiectasis

Interventions

Gold Standard:1.After inhalation of bronchodilator,FEV1 / FVC < 0.7, it was diagnosed as COPD
2. The patients with positive bronchodilation test or provocation test were diagnosed as asthma
3. The patient was previously diagnosed with bronchiectasis by HRCT
technology

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=14 years old; 2. The diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma or bronchiectasis was made in the past; 3. There was no history of acute exacerbation in one month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with digestive tract diseases or hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia and hypertension; 2. Patients with acute exacerbation or antibiotic use within 4 weeks; 3. Patients who have received systemic glucocorticoid treatment within 4 weeks; 4. Patients with active tuberculosis; 5. Pregnant women; 6. Alcoholism and drug abuse; 7. Patients who can not complete the required research procedures due to any reason.
