Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: aged greater than 18 years old; hospitalized patients treated with revision surgery of THA and TKA
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. rheumatoid arthritis; 2. Ankylosing Spondylitis; 3. autoimmune disease; 4. terminal stage of chronic diseases such as malignant tumors; 5. need Long-term hemodialysis such as uremia; 6. those who are using immunosuppressants; 7. patients with periprosthetic fracture or joint dislocation; 8. patients and their families do not agree to participate in the trial.
