Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of hepatoportal hypertension with esophageal and gastric varices or ascites; 2. Aged 18-75 years old; 3. Provision of informed consent before participating in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with liver cancer or extrahepatic tumor; 2. Severe heart, lung, liver, kidney dysfunction, or severe bleeding disorders or local/systemic infections, hypothyroidism, Raynaud's syndrome, peripheral vascular disease, etc.; 3. Splenectomy patients; 4. Severe portal vein thrombosis; 5. Women who are planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding.
