Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Primary PD diagnostic standards that meet the 2016 Chinese PD Diagnostic Standards; (2) Aged 40-70 years; (3) Meet the improved Hoehn-Yahr clinical grading standard grades 1-2.5; (4) Those who take the base dose of medopa have a stable effect; (5) Voluntarily cooperate with treatment and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffering from various secondary Parkinson's syndrome and Parkinson's syndrome; (2) Concurrent schizophrenia or other serious mental disorders; (3) Serious heart, liver, kidney and other internal organ damage or other serious medical diseases; (4) People with speech or cognitive impairment; (5) Those who have participated in Taijiquan training or other rehabilitation training.
