Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged <= 35 years; 2. after 3 or more pregnancies loss before 20 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chromosome exclusion (as far as possible to exclude fetal chromosomal abnormalities), anatomy, endocrine, infection, thrombolysis and other causes.
