Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-30 years old, male or female; 2. suffered more than one ankle sprain in the past year, accompanied by pain, swelling and other inflammatory symptoms, and could not carry out daily activities for more than one day; 3. two or more times of unilateral ankle sprain and/or loss of control and/or instability in the past 1 year; 4. Cumberland ankle instability scale score <24.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. lower limb fracture or surgical history; 2. severe lower limb sprain and skin rupture occurred within one month before the questionnaire survey; 3. positive results of front drawer test and talus tilt test; 4. bilateral ankle joint instability; 5. severe lower limb dysfunction caused by neurological diseases; 6. installed pacemaker due to heart functional diseases.
