30 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30-75 years old; 2. The patients and their families understand the clinical trial and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Malnutrition (MNA-SF score <=11); 2. Combined diseases leading to abnormal bone metabolism; 3. Drugs with influence on bone metabolism; 4. Serious cardiopulmonary, hepatorenal failure and malignant tumor; 5. Combined with diseases affecting bone density around the joint, such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, etc.
