Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. imaging diagnosis of solid tumor bone metastasis or primary bone tumor patients; 2. 0~10 pain rating score (VAS score)>=4 points; 3. Aged 18 to 55 years, life expectancy of more than 3 months; 4. be able to correctly assess pain; 5. informed consent for this study, the voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with abnormal brain tumors (tumor, hemorrhage, infarction) were detected by conventional mri; 2. suffering from mental illness such as depression, anxiety and substance abuse; 3. the presence of MRI (with a contraindication to the middle MRI examination); 4. non cancerous pain; 5. alcohol abuse or severe liver disease.
