Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants of this study come from the various mindfulness practice groups that will be held in the CUHK Thomas Jing Center for Mindfulness Research and Training. The various mindfulness practice groups may recruit participants online or offline by adopting snow-ball sampling or purposive sampling methods. All participants who attended the workshops, intervention groups will be invited to fill the research questionnaires. Since there was no definite number of mindfulness practice groups that will be held in the center, the detailed sample size may not be calculated accurately at this moment. The center will not involve in any activities that directly or indirectly recruit participants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People who are in a critical period and have difficulty in filling the questionnaire will be excluded from the study.
