Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged >=5 years child with systemic lupus erythematosus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infection; 2. Hepatitis b/c infection; 3. Severe active central nervous system lupus; 4. Severe active lupus nephritis; HIV; 5. History of major organ transplantation or hematopoietic stem cell/cell/bone marrow cell transplantation or kidney transplantation.
