Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged >=18 years; 2. unilateral knee diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis after failed conservative therapy; 3. with well-conditioned health status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. underwent a revision or simultaneous bilateral total knee arthroplasty; 2. suffering from myodynamia diseases; 3. attended into ICU after TKA; 4. unable to achieve 110°active knee flexion and -5 degree to 0 degree extension.
