18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years old,have a good compliance,can make independent decisions; 2. No poor oral hygiene habits,oral health is in good condition; 3. Each patient should have at least two Class II deep carious lesion in different quadrants posterior teeth with the same name; 4. Can open mouth normally; 5. Presence of the antagonist and the adjacent tooth making contact,no presence of other oral disease except for dental caries; 6. Patients who are not suffering from severe systemic diseases and in good health; 7. The X-ray shows the interproximal caries is more than 1mm from the enamelo-cemental junction; 8. Patients are agree to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with allergic constitution or patients who are allergic to many drugs; 2. Patients with rampamt caries,severe periodontitis,anaraxia,severe pathological abrasion,special staining of teeth; 3. Patients with a poor oral health, DMFT>=12; 4. The researcher determine that the cavity type was not suitable for resion filling; 5. Other situations that the researcher think are not suitable for participation.
