Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary diagnosis as mild to moderate depression; 2. Aged 18-70 years old; 3. Montgomery depression scale total score 12 to 30; 4. All the answers on the suicide severity rating scale (c-ssrs) were "no" or a score <3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. Patients with severe primary diseases of heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 3. Patients with acute diseases, infectious diseases and malignant tumors; 4. Patients who cannot stop taking relevant drugs as required during the treatment period; 5. Patients with a history of schizophrenia or other psychiatric disorders; 6. Patients with cognitive or personality disorders; 7. A person who has serious suicidal thoughts or behaviors.
