Two cycles:Administrated with aidi injection before chemotherapy

Age

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cytologically or histologically confirmed squamous cell NSCLC; 2. Aged 18-70 years old; 3. ECOG score 40ml/min; 8. Without taking hepatic metabolism enzyme inducer or inhibitor within four weeks; 9. Chemotherapy regimen: paclitaxel+ platinum.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With serious medical diseases and infection; 2. With other organ malignancies; 3. Lung cancer was not primary cancer; 4. Change to other chemotherapy regimen; 5. Discontinue the treatment; 6. Faliure to complete the two cycle treatment; 7. Incomplete data; 8. Reduce the dose of paclitaxel in cycle 2.
