Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 22-40 years; (2) The lower uterine incision was used in the operation, and epidural anesthesia was used in the anesthesia; (3) Agree to receive treatment and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative complications of gastrointestinal dysfunction, such as chronic constipation, colitis, intestinal tuberculosis, irritable bowel syndrome and so on; (2) Combined with serious heart, brain, lung, liver and kidney diseases; (3) The mode of anesthesia is general anesthesia; (4) Postoperative analgesia pump was used; (5) Intraoperative bleeding was larger than 500mL; (6) The operation time was larger than 1.5h; (7) There were 2 or more cases in abdominal surgery, or severe adhesions were found during the operation; (8) The use of some other treatment leads to a failure to assess efficacy.
