Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. From October 2019 to March 2020, the patients were operated in our hospital; 2. The tumor was removed by operation and the adjacent tissue was retained; 3. Patients between 18 and 65 years old, regardless of gender; 4. Patients with non-small cell lung cancer were diagnosed by rapid intraoperative examination and postoperative pathology; 5. There was no other malignant tumor outside the lung; 6. No radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy were performed before operation; 7. The clinical records were complete include (1) ECG; (2) blood, urine and stool routine; (3) biochemical complete set; (4) tumor markers; (5) chest and abdomen CT examination); 8. Patients or immediate family members voluntarily sign informed consent after knowing the details of the study; 9. No other organ diseases were found.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suspected of lung cancer by intraoperative rapid disease examination need definite diagnosis of large pathological tissues after operation; 2. Patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, benign tumor and mediastinal lymphoma; 3. Patients with severe impairment of heart, liver and kidney function or severe respiratory insufficiency; 4. Mental illness and speech dysfunction.
