18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The pathological diagnosis is rectal adenocarcinoma; 2. The stage is locally advanced; 3. All patients assessed by qualified Multiparametric MRI before treatment, received standard preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and havd complete surgical pathology.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiparametric MRI is not qualified or not examined; 2. The preoperative chemoradiation therapy regimen is not the standard treatment; 3. No operation was acted after preoperative hemoradiation therapy or not acted in our center.
