Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years; 2. T2DM diagnosis refers to the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in China (2017 Edition); 3. The diagnosis of OSAHS refers to the guidelines for the diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome; for at least 7 hours of sleep, the sum of the average number of apnea and hypopnea per hour is defined as the hypopnea index (AHI), where AHI >=5 and apnea events are predominantly diagnosed as OSAHS; 4. Local residence for at least 5 years with permanent residence; 5. Currently not participating in other research projects; 6. Signature of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic respiratory diseases, central system sleep apnea syndrome, severe heart failure, cardiac function 2. NYHA >grade III, blood pressure >=180/110mmHg, severe organic diseases such as cancer, myocardial infarction and stroke; 3. Diabetic antibodies (IAA, ICA and GAD) are more than one positive and have been diagnosed as type I diabetes mellitus; 4. Inflammation bowel disease, coagulation dysfunction, connective tissue diseases, etc. Patients with chronic, persistent hepatitis or severe liver diseases such as cirrhosis, and hepatitis B virus surface antigens (HBsAg) positive and accompanied by abnormalities in liver function (2.5 times higher in serum alanine aminotransferase and glutamate aminotransferase); 5. Abnormal upper airway anatomy: nasal obstruction (septum deviation, turbinate hypertrophy, nasal polyps and nasal tumors, etc.), hypertrophy of tonsils above II °, flaccid soft palate, long uvula, excessive coarseness, narrow pharyngeal cavity, hypertrophy of pharynx, hypertrophy of pharyngeal mucosa, hypertrophy of tongue body, retroluxation of tongue, mandibular constriction and mandibular deformity, etc.; 6. Have used antibiotics for the past 3 months and lasted for 3 days or more; 7. Take sedative and hypnotic drugs or muscle relaxants; 8. Alcoholism (more than 5 times a week, an average of two or two white wine or half jin of yellow rice wine or more than five bottles of beer); 9. Severe mental illness in the past 6 months; 10. Those who have received medication for the following diseases in the past three months: cholecystitis, peptic ulcer, urinary tract infection, acute pyelonephritis, cystitis, hyperthyroidism, etc.Gastrointestinal surgery, except for appendicitis and hernia; 11. Infectious diseases such as tuberculosis and AIDS; 12. Those with physical disability or other causes who are unable to take care of themselves, recall or answer questions clearly; 13. Anemia: hemoglobin <10g/dl; 14. Cannot guarantee sufficient time to participate in this project.
