Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Data were obtained from the Chinese Medical Insurance which provides insurance to civil servants. We used the 2013 to 2016 data. Patients aged more than 18 years old were included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients without basic demographic infoumation, such as age and sex.
