18 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women of all ages who need hip replacement surgery. 2. Preoperative bone mass status was determined by dualenergyX-rayabsorptiometry BMD examination. 3. Good compliance, mental health, can cooperate with the test observation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are obvious symptoms of infection need to fight infection treatment. 2. Poor physical conditions can not tolerate the operation of the patient. 3. Participate in other clinical trials 3 months before inclusion. 4. There are serious other systemic diseases and organ function is not complete. 5. There are diseases affecting bone metabolism: such as osteonecrosis, rheumatoid arthritis, malignant tumors, diabetes, liver and kidney diseases, thyroid diseases, hysterectomy, blood diseases. 6. Have taken drugs that affect bone metabolism: such as glucocorticoid, estrogen, thyroid hormone, parathyroid hormone, bisphosphonates, calcitonin, thiazide diuretics, barbiturates, antiepileptic drugs.
