Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients need to meet the following: 1. Patients with severely worn medial meniscus, resulting in no biomechanical efficacy after Meniscioplasty or patients after medial meniscectomy; 2. Arthroscopic 3rd or 4th degree cartilage degeneration of the tibia or femur in the medial compartment; 3.There was no degeneration of the lateral compartment under arthroscope, and the lateral meniscus was injured below 2 degrees. 4. Those under 60 years of age who refuse to accept a primary knee replacement. 5.The lower limb force line passes through the medial compartment of the knee joint.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with any of the following need to be excluded: 1. 3 degree injury of lateral meniscus; 2. Arthroscopic lateral compartment osteoarthritis; 3. Elderly patients cannot tolerate secondary surgery. 4, normal lower limb force line or valgus knee.
