Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 and older (<65 years); (2) Patients with intra or extra hepatic bile duct stones underwent operative removal of bile duct stones; (3) Voluntary participation and signed the informed consent of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe comorbidities; (2) With severe organ dysfunction; (3) Allergic to the probiotic interventions of this study;
