18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients for selective selective total thyroidectomy for thyroid carcinoma under general anesthesia 2. Female aged 18–65 year; BMI 15-28 kg/m2; ASA class I-II; 3. First operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with OSAHS 2. Use of analgesic long-term 3. Combidity: Electrolyte disorders; Acidosis; Endocrine disease; Sleep mental cognitive impairment; Severe heart; liver and kidney disease; 4. Use of anxiolyticssedative-hypnoticsantiemetic recently; 5. History of motion sickness; 6. Admission to ICU after surgery; 7. Smoker; 8. History of PONV; 9. Severe vomiting during pregnancy; 10. Gastrointestinal disease including delayed gastric emptying; 11. Vestibular labyrinth system dysfunction; 12. preoperative chemoradiotherapy; 13. used antibiotics two months before surgery.
