Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute ischemic stroke diagnosed in accordance with the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke 2018 compiled by Chinese neuropathy society; 2. Clear consciousness, no communication barriers; 3. The condition is stable, with language ability; 4. The patient gave informed consent and cooperated with the investigation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have a history of cognitive impairment and cannot answer questions correctly; 2. Severe cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency respiratory failure and malignant tumor; 3. Blind deaf-mute patients
