Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Birth weight less than 2500g; 2. Gestational weeks less than 37 weeks; 3. The family members send breast milk to the children during their hospitalization; 4. The mother of the child did not suffer from infectious diseases during breast-feeding; 5. Family members voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are congenital metabolic diseases and special milk powder feeding is required; 2. Severe congenital diseases associated with heart, brain, kidney and other important organs.
