Interventions

CSP/Clips:All subjects underwent cold snare polypectomy (CSP) for polypectomy and placement of hemostatic clips.
HSP/Clips:All subjects underwent hot snare polypectomy (HSP) for polypectomy and placement of hemostatic clips.
CSP/NO Clips:All subjects underwent cold snare polypectomy (CSP) for polypectomy and no placement of hemostatic clips.
HSP/NO Clips:All subjects underwent hot snare polypectomy (HSP) for polypectomy and no placement of hemostatic clips.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 to 75 who underwent colonoscopy, regardless of gender. 2. Use 3-4 L PEG, use anti-foaming agent, and take auxiliary drugs for intestinal preparation according to the guidelines. 3. Colonoscopy showed no pedicle or pedicle polyps, ranging in diameter from 6 to 10 mm, and the number of polyps within this range was no more than 10. 4. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. In addition to the included polyps, other polyps were also found and resected, and the resected polyps were suspected to be tumors. 2. The total score of intestinal preparation Boston scale less than 6 or any segment of colon less than 2. 3. History of acute myocardial infarction (within 6 months); Having mental illness or symptoms that may make it difficult to participate in the study; Active bacterial or fungal infection; Poor hypertension control; Respiratory diseases requiring continuous oxygen therapy; Dialysis; Other serious heart, lung, liver, or renal insufficiency or American college of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade IV. 4. Patients taking drugs including Greg los antiplatelet drugs, anticoagulant drugs and other direct oral anticoagulants (DOAC) and cannot pause or patients with disabilities blood coagulation function or platelet count (< 50 * 10^9 / L or INR 1.5 or higher). 5. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease or colon polyposis. 6. Pregnancy or breastfeeding. 7. History of colorectal surgery (including polypectomy, EMR, ESD) or tumor patients undergoing chemoradiotherapy.
