18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I-II,BMI18 years old, mechanical ventilation time >3 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have difficulty undergoing thoracic surgery and undergoing lung ultrasound examination, those who have cardiopulmonary disease or other serious systemic diseases before surgery, those who have a history of atelectasis, lung surgery, smoking, allergy, asthma, malnutrition , Arterial blood oxygen partial pressure and carbon dioxide partial pressure abnormalities, liver and kidney function abnormalities, scoliosis, thoracic deformities, acute infections before surgery; SpO2<90% under preoperative air breathing or SpO2<95 under oxygen inhalation %; Intraoperative adjustment of breathing rate, still unable to maintain PetCO2 35~45 mmHg; intraoperative blood pressure and heart rate fluctuations can not maintain the baseline value of ±20%.
