Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All surgical patients admitted to the Our Hospital from 2015 to 2019; 2. All surgical patients admitted to the Our Hospital in 2020; 3. Age> 18 years, regardless of gender and race.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who cannot obtain complete medical record information; 2. VTE patients have been diagnosed before surgery; 3. The same hospital stay has other professional operations and orthopedic surgery is not the main operation.
