Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study randomly selected 60 adult patients with allergic rhinitis from the ENT clinic in Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from June 2019 to June 2020, and recruited 60 healthy adult volunteers as the normal control group. The diagnostic criteria refer to the 2015 Tianjin Guidelines for Allergic Rhinitis. Skin test or specific IgE tests are used to identify allergens.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who had used nasal / oral anti-allergic drugs one month before the consultation, as well as patients with sinusitis, chronic rhinitis, and otitis media, should be excluded.
