Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intractable epilepsy who need SEEG electrode implantation; 2. Aged between 18-40 years male or female; 3. Body mass index between 18-30; 4. ASA is classified as grade I or II, without serious systemic diseases (such as heart, lung, liver, renal failure, etc.); 5. Clear mind, normal intelligence, signing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. a history of anesthesia within six months; 2. breastfeeding or pregnant; 3. Participate in other clinical trials in the last four weeks; 4. Using sleeping pills and analgesics for long time or alcoholic patients; 5. Extremely anxious, panicked, having communication difficulties.
