Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sinusoidal/Post-sinusoidal portal hypertension.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. aged = 70years; 2. platelet count 3.5; 3. thrombosis of the right internal jugular vein/thrombosis of the hepatic veins; 4. portal veins embolus; 5. patients with serious systemic disease patients who can not complete all inspection; 6. history of splenectomy or with malignant tumors; 7. using the drugs affecting the portal vein pressure.
