Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Normal control criteria: 1) Age over 65 years old, right-handed, Han nationality; 2) No complaint of cognitive decline; 3) Corrected age, sex, education level of cognitive function test within the normal range; 4) Nervous system examination and medical examination without positive symptoms and signs. 2.subjects with aMCI criteria: 1) more than 65 years old, right-handed, the Han nationality; 2) memory complaint, preferably confirmed by an informant; 3) a single domain or multi domain cognitive decline; abnormal objective memory impairment documented by the scores falling 1.5 SD below the age and education matched-specific norms on memory test; 4) objective evidence of memory impairment (this project uses auditory word memory test); 5) a CDR score of 0.5; 6) exclude other diseases caused cognitive impairment. 3.subjects with AD criteria: 1) memory decline complaint, or reported by an informed person; 2) cognitive impairment, impairment of occupational, social or daily living abilities; 3) objective evidence of memory impairment (this project uses auditory word memory test); 4) a CDR score of 1.0; 5) according with the NIA-AA diagnostic criteria that is probably for AD; 6)exclude other diseases caused cognitive impairment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Metal implants in vivo and contraindications for MRI examination; 2) vascular cognitive impairment and focal diffuse lesions in the brain; 3) mental disorders such as schizophrenia, anxiety and depression; 4) tumors, metabolic diseases and internal diseases affecting the central nervous system; 5) severe brain trauma, alcoholism and other patients who can not cooperate with cognitive function examination.
