Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 60 years; 2. Elderly people with mild cognitive impairment; 3. WeChat (for older,Patients who have difficulty using WeChat independently can pull their families into the group or use them with their patients); 4. Informed and willing to participate research and sign informed consent with this.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with moderate to severe cognitive impairment; 2. Bedridden; 3. Suffering from serious heart, liver, kidney and other diseases; 4. Participants in cognitive function tests in the past 3 months; 5. Language communication impairments; 6. Non-registered population; 7. physical disabilities.
