Age

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. Colorectal cancer confirmed by histopathologic or cytopathologic analysis; 3. Patients with postoperative pathological TNM staging of stage II (i.e., cT1- 2N1-3M0/cT3-4N0M0) or III (i.e., cT3-4aN1-3M0) gastric cancer; 4. Receive postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy; 5. ECOG Physical Condition Score (PS) score: 0-1; 6. Life expectancy = 3 months; 7. Informed and signed consent by the patients, and promised to adhere to follow-up project.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have undergone chemotherapy, radiation or immunotherapy prior to the trial; 2. Have other malignant tumor within five years previously, except for cure skin cancer; 3. Have some kind of serious adverse drug reactions for chemotherapy drugs; 4. Have mental disorders or cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 5. Patient already enrolled in another clinical trial within four weeks prior to the beginning of this study; 6. Women who are pregnant, plan to become pregnant within next one years or are lactating during the study.
