Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Organ failure needs intensive treatment and has nutritional risk; 3. A valid enteral nutrition tube has been established; 4. Digestive juice (gastric juice, bile, pancreatic juice) can be effectively used directly or indirectly; 5. No intestinal flora disturbance; 6. No diarrhea.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Urgent treatment is needed for perforation, hemorrhage and intestinal obstruction of abdominal cavity organs; 2. Intestinal ischemia or enteroparalysis; 3. Short bowel syndrome; 4. Bleeding and shock have not been corrected; 5. Oral diet is available; 6. History diseases of inflammatory bowel disease, chronic pancreatitis and irritable bowel syndrome; 7. Pregnancy; 8. Absent of informed consent from patient or representative.
