Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for dsm-5 schizophrenia, schizoid psychosis or schizoaffective psychosis; 2. age from 16 to 45 years old; 3. first attack, duration of disease less than 3 years; 4. never taking medication or continuous treatment with the same antipsychotics for less than 2 weeks informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Physical examination and laboratory biochemical indicators or electroencephalogram, electrocardiogram serious abnormalities; 2. Pregnant or nursing women; 3. Extreme excitement, impulsiveness, or disagreement; 4. The researchers concluded that participants were likely to commit suicide or violence during the study; 5. Patients who received electroconvulsive therapy or magnetic stimulation therapy within six months.
