Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male or female aged between 18 and 70 years, health subject and patients underwent colonoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. suspected or diagnosed ileus; 2. history of hypersensitivity or contraindications to the bowel-cleansing agent or short peptide enteral nutrition powder; 3. patients who have severe heart, liver, pulmonary, kidney diseases; 4. previous history of abdominal surgery; 5. pregnant or lactating women.
