Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) chronic hepatitis B patients aged 18 to 75 years; (2) patients receiving ETV for > for 24 weeks, =20IU/ml, <=500IU/ml); (5) all patients were informed and agreed to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with chronic hepatitis B who have had a history of treatment with nucleotide drugs before the use of ETV or are using interferon/nucleoside (acid) drugs other than ETV; (2) HBV DNA non-high-sensitivity detection reagent is currently used for detection (the lower limit is 20IU/ ml-500iu /ml), and chronic hepatitis B patients are still detected above the lower limit; (3) patients treated with immunomodulators and cytotoxic drugs within one year; (4) patients with liver function damage caused by other virus infection; (5) patients with abnormal liver function complicated with alcoholic liver disease, drug liver disease and autoimmune liver disease.
