Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. depression-pain comorbidity group: (1) Aged 18-60 years old; (2) meet the diagnostic criteria for DSM-V major depressive disorder by using DSM-V structured clinical interview (SCID-5), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD -17) Score >=17; also meet the chronic pain diagnostic criteria of the International Pain Association (IASP), which is continue be pain for more than 3 months, visual analogue score (VAS) = 3 points and be pain daily or almost daily; (3) free of taking psychotropic medication,non-steroidal and opioid analgesics for more than 2 weeks; (4) primary school education or above, be able to read and understand Chinese; (5) understand research content and sign written informed consent. 1. Major Depressive Disorder Group: (1)(3)(4)(5) are the same as depression-pain comorbidity group; (2) meet the diagnostic criteria for DSM-V major depressive disorder by using DSM-V structured clinical interview (SCID-5), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD -17) Score >=17; 3. chronic pain group: (1)(3)(4)(5) are the same as depression-pain comorbidity group; (2) meet the chronic pain diagnostic criteria of the International Pain Association (IASP), which is continue be pain for more than 3 months, visual analogue score (VAS) >=3 points and be pain daily or almost daily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. suffering from other severe mental disorders that meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria, including organic mental disorder, alcohol dependence, drug dependence / abuse, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc; 2. the patient is currently accompanied by clear hallucinations, delusions and other psychiatric symptoms; 3. with a serious risk of suicide and suicide currently, such as any one of items 4 or 5 of the Baker Suicide Ideation Scale >=2 points; 4. suffering from severe unstable physical diseases such as diabetes, thyroid disease, Hypertension, heart disease, narrow-angle glaucoma, etc.; 5. history of neurological diseases such as epilepsy, dementia; 6. positive urotoxicology screening; 7. pregnant or lactating women, or those who plan to be pregnant; 8. inability to carry out the study procedures.
