Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years; 2. Male or female; 3. Accept and abide by the experimental protocol voluntarily, and accept the review and follow-up on time; 4. Signing the informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and breast-feeding women, or female patients with family planning during the study period; 2. Patients with mental illness; 3. Those who had taken probiotics or antibiotics 1 month before the study; 4. Patients who have had intestinal cleaning in the past month; 5. Patients who are allergic to drugs used in this study; 6. Have participated in other drug studies within the first three months; 7. Patients with tumors of the digestive system; 8. A history of polyps, and polyps in patients with more than 0.5 cm; 9. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal surgery; 10. Inflammatory bowel disease; 11. Patients with intestinal obstruction; 12. Patients with gastrointestinal bleeding; 13. Patients who are unwilling to participate in this trial and refuse to sign informed consent or have poor compliance with comprehensive judgment.

MeasureTime frame
Gut microbiota composition and recovery time: Fecal 16srRNA sequencing analysis was performed before, 7 days, 14 days, 28 days and 42 days after intestinal cleansing. The intestinal flora before intestinal cleansing was used as the baseline level to analyze the changes in the a and ß diversity of intestinal flora and the total composition and structure of intestinal flora. Compare two groups of intestinal bacteria time to return to baseline levels.;

The incidence of gastrointestinal discomfort, such as anorexia, abdominal distension, abdominal pain and diarrhea, was followed up.;Whether the occurrence of gastrointestinal discomfort is related to the change of intestinal flora.;Whether the disorder of intestinal flora after intestinal cleaning has an effect on the original disease.;To detect the difference in intestinal flora between patients with intestinal diseases (such as colorectal polyps) and normal people.;
