Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients over 80 years old undergoing Surgical treatment; 2. Preoperative MMSE score >=23 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients undergoing Neurosurgery; 2. Patients with preoperative dementia, brain atrophy and other uncooperative diseases; 3. With history of mental illness and serious visual and auditory disorders; 4. With history of Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, or alcohol or drug dependence.
