Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the criteria for classification and diagnosis of mental disorders in China (CCMD-III); 2. Top 17 items of the Hamilton Depression Scale >= 18; 3. Exclude history of severe somatic diseases, brain organ venereal diseases, drug dependence, no severe suicidal tendencies; 4. Pregnant women between 14 and 32 weeks of pregnancy (18 years or older) who have been provided but who have refused to use antidepressants during pregnancy; 5. Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. alcohol or substance use barrier in the first 6 months; 2. history of major or unstable medical or neurological disorders or epilepsy; 3. There are metal implants in the body, such as pacemakers; 4. benzodiazepines were used (except for intermittent use of low-dose lorazepam) or anticonvulsant agents (these interfered with anodic tdcs; 5. Scalp irritation site with skin breakage; 6. preterm birth (gestational <32 weeks); 7. Current fetal abnormalities or major obstetric complications.
