Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 85 years; 2. Meniere's disease and sudden deafness with vertigo patients diagnosed according to 2017 guidelines; 3. Inpatient treatment, or outpatient patients with complete clinical data; 4. Subjects or their legal representatives can understand the purpose of the study, demonstrate their sufficient compliance with the research program, and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or organ failure; 2. Subjects with severe cervical and lumbar diseases, fractures and craniocerebral trauma are not allowed to move; 3. Subjects with middle ear lesions, acoustic neuroma, ear trauma, barotrauma, and large vestibular aqueduct syndrome and other congenital cochlear malformations; 4. Subjects who have participated in clinical trials of any other drug or medical device within the last three months; 5. Subjects who were not considered suitable for this clinical trial by the researchers; 6. Subjects with central vertigo, severe neurological or psychiatric disorders, lactating women or pregnant women.
