Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 2-6 years; 2. American Sociaty of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I; 3. Patients scheduled for tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy ambulatory surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a known allergy to the study drugs; 2. Patients with congenital disease,asthma,preexisting pneumothorax.
