18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Central nervous system injury, including brain injury and spinal cord injury; 2. Clinical diagnosis of neuropathic pain in line with the pain standard of International Association for the study of neuropathic pain; 3. Aged 18-70 years; 4. MEP can be recorded in the first dorsal interosseous; 5. No obvious cognitive impairment (MMSE > 22 points); 6. Signed by the patient or family member Department informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. It has the contraindications of rTMS (epilepsy, pregnancy, pacemaker, head metal implant); 2. The drugs currently used interact with rTMS; 3. History of mental illness; 4. Acute pain caused by other reasons; 5. Active malignant tumor; 6. It has been treated by rTMS in the past three months.
