18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 ~ 70 years old, male or female; 2. no antibiotics, bismuth, H2 receptor antagonist or PPI preparation were given within the last 4 weeks; 3. positive 13C urea breath test; 4. sign informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. those who had used antibiotics, bismuth agents, H2 receptor antagonists (H2RA) and proton pump inhibitors (PPI) before 2 weeks; 2. pregnant or nursing women; 3. the patients have other serious diseases that affect the evaluation of this study, such as severe liver disease, heart disease, kidney disease, malignant tumor, etc.; 4. those who are allergic to the drugs used in this study; 5. Patients have participated in other drug studies within 3 months before the study; 6. the patients could not express their chief complaints correctly, such as mental illness, severe neurosis, and could not cooperate with the experimenters; 7. after operation of esophagus, stomach or duodenum; 8. patients who cannot use mobile phones.
