Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with benign lesions of factor uterus who need hysterectomy (preserving ovaries); 2) Aged 40-50 years old, serum E2, FSH, and LH were checked before the follicular phase, suggesting that ovarian function has not yet failed, AMH <1.1ng / ml; 3) Postoperative pathology confirmed benign uterine lesions; 4) No history of other hormone or sex hormone use within 3 months; 5) Those who agree to be inspected and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, history of tumor, endocrine disease, and mental illness; 2) Those who fail to take medication as prescribed by the doctor, or have incomplete data, etc., which affect the judgment of efficacy; 3) Patients who are participating in other clinical trials or have participated in other clinical trials in the past month; 4) Other patients identified by the researcher as unsuitable for the study.
