Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diabetes combined with hypertension, currently taking medications to lower blood sugar and blood pressure (the type and dose remain unchanged for > 3 months). Baseline untreated systolic blood pressure is between 130-159mmHg, and baseline diastolic blood pressure is 80-100mmHg; 2. Age 35-75 years; 3. The place of residence is near the hospital. There is no plan to transfer out or go out from March to June 2020. You can come to the hospital for follow-up every week; 4. Able to strictly follow the daily lunch and dinner we provide during the test; 5. Subjects and their families living in common agreed to conduct the study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Malignant tumor, acute myocardial infarction and acute stroke within three months or expected survival time is less than one year; 2. Have secondary hypertension such as hypercortisolism or hyperaldosteronism; 3. Acute diseases such as upper respiratory infection, fever, severe diarrhea, etc.; 4. Deafness, dementia and other disabilities, as well as severe depression or other mental disorders; 5. Taking low sodium salt or participating in other clinical research; 6. Abnormal liver function, alanine aminotransferase or aspartate aminotransferase is more than 2 times the upper limit of normal value, or total bilirubin is larger than the upper limit of normal value; 7. Renal dysfunction, patients with stage 4 and 5 chronic kidney disease; 8. Abnormal serum potassium, less than 3.5mmol / L or more than 5.5mmol / L; 9. Taking potassium diuretics; 10. Pregnant women, or those with other serious chronic diseases, and others who should take the test product; 11. Disability cannot follow up on time.
